The Newport Bedroom Set will be a great addition to your bedroom. Perfectly finished and perfectly spaced slats are capped by a softly curved top rail to form the headboard of the Newport Platform Bed, which also shows a gentle slope from bottom to top. Long, solid mahogany side rails support 14 hardwood bed slats, and are met at each lightly tapered leg by the low rail at the end of the bed. No box spring is needed with this bed. You'll be able to tuck perfect corners with linens and blankets because your mattress is so easily accessible on all sides. The low profile of this bed makes it easy to get into, but you'll be so comfortable you just may have a hard time getting up.
