Leonardo da Vinci once said "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication," and we like to think he had the Echo Low Profile Bed in mind. Designed by musician Curt Christian, this bed is made of solid birch and rosewood veneers finished in a rich, two-tone Sumatra hue. The paneled headboard features an eye-catching, undulating pattern in the wood grain that brings welcoming warmth to the modern low-profile design.
Plus, this bed is about so much more than looking good - sturdy, deep-strained corner posts mean it's built to last. The rails are designed to attach with ease, and you'll need your own mattress and box spring to complete the bed. It's available in your choice of sizes.
Bed Dimensions:
- Queen: 81L x 64W x 54H inches
- King: 81L x 80W x 54H inches
- California King: 85L x 76W x 54H inches
About Curt Christian Design by Martin Furniture
Designer and musician Curt Christian believes furniture is an art form, and his collections by Martin Furniture perfectly embody his philosophy. Drawing his inspiration from music, art, antiques, food, wine, and good conversation, Christian designs his pieces with his customers' lifestyles in mind. All his collections are centered on a theme, and each piece is as functional as it is beautiful. Whether he's employing mirrors to capture light or using eco-friendly materials to raise awareness of our environment, his designs can always be called "classically hip."
About Martin Furniture
Martin Furniture was founded in 1980 by Gil Martin in the San Diego suburb of El Cajon. Martin started the company in his garage with $400, a Craftsman table saw, and the business knowledge he gained from working for defense contractor, General Dynamics. Today, Martin Furniture specializes in American-made and imported office and home entertainment furniture. In 2003, it teamed up with Kathy Ireland's design company Kathy Ireland Home, creating furniture solutions for families. Martin also offers classically hip collections designed by musician Curt Christian, featuring functional, high-quality furniture for today's lifestyle.
Boasting solid growth in sales over the past 25 years, Martin Furniture's success can also be measured by the satisfaction of its customers. Its operation now includes, among other resources, a 250,000 square-foot facility in San Diego. In addition to the bookshelves found here, Martin has a vast collection of flooring, rugs, lighting, wall art, accessories, home office, and general home furniture for all budgets.
