With seemingly endless sizes, finishes, and storage options available, the Windsor Platform Bed is so customizable you'll feel like you designed it yourself. This platform bed is constructed of solid hardwood with an arch and spindle design. It includes mortise and tenon joinery with steel reinforcements and a 14-piece solid hardwood slat kit. No box spring is required. However, thanks to a frame that adjusts in height, this platform bed can be used with a mattress alone or a box spring with mattress - whichever you wish.
If you need extra storage space for blankets, clothing or linens, you can also choose two or four under-bed storage drawers for an easy way to store it all in style. Choose from flat panel or raised panel styles to suit your preference. The twin size is available with two drawers. The full, queen, and king sizes are available with two or four drawers.

Founded in 1983 as Watercraft, Inc., Atlantic Furniture started as a manufacturer of pine waterbed frames. Since then, the Springfield, Mass.-based company has expanded to Fontana, Calif. Atlantic's Unique Five-Step Finishing Process
Each product in the entire line is finished with a high-build, five-step finishing process. After a thorough sanding, a wipe-on sealer is applied, followed by a tinted sealer to even the grain and color of the wood. Additional sanding prepares the surface for the first base color coat, more sanding, and a second base color coat. After a final sanding, the finish coat is applied. This process produces a beautiful and durable finish that will last for years.
