Well - since I was replacing a Crate and Barrel nightstand (now discontiunued, but which I destroyed with rings, wear and tear), I expected this amazingly priced (sale price of [$] including SH - which, BTW, beat the pants off netshops competitors for the same piece - and I spent a good couple of hrs net-shopping just to be sure) to be "just ok". I just hoped it would match the color/style of the other pricey pieces in the room, and I figured I'd live with it. Not only did it match perfectly (thanks to a great photo on the website), but its quality and beauty are outstanding. I don't think I've ever been more shocked by a piece of inexpensive furniture. AND now I have a 2nd drawer (which my original piece did not have). Netshops sent me timely updates (at 2 wks, 3 wks and 4 wks) to the order status, since the piece was backordered (even suggesting comparable furniture, including pic and item #, in its place in case if I didn't want to wait), but even so, it only took 5 wks to arrive. Well worth the wait!! And "assembly" was no more than attaching the knobs (also a shock at that price). [...] Good news all around! Only thing I didn't love was paying for the piece before it was finally shipped. Netshops said it was to protect integrity of CC info, but I dunno about that. No matter - great piece of furniture!!!
